Continental Breakfast (7 Days a week)
Continental breakfast is available every day from 8am – 10am in The Mark Hotel cafe area for $15pp. Continental breakfast includes a selection of:
- Assortment of breakfast cereals and muesli
- Assortment of chilled fruits
- Variety of breads (toasted)
- Individual serve yoghurts
- Preserves: marmalade, jam, honey, vegemite
- Beverages: orange juice, espresso coffee and tea on request.
Hot Breakfast (Saturday and Sunday)
Order a delicious breakfast from the chefs of The Mark Hotel. If you would like a hot prepared breakfast please complete the order form below or see the bar staff. Hot breakfast you can select from:
- Smashed Avocado with Poached Eggs on Sourdough
- Eggs Benedict
- 2 Waffles with Fresh Cream, Bananas, Strawberries & Honey
- Vegetarian Fritta with a choice of Side Salad or Sourdough
